1. DELULU Subscription Program

The DELULU Subscription Program is an automatically renewing 60-day subscription designed to help customers follow the DELULU Gut Reset Protocol™ without interruption.

After your initial order has been successfully placed, your subscription will automatically renew every 60 days unless you choose to pause or cancel it.

2. What Is Included in Your First Order?

Your first subscription order includes the DELULU Gut Reset Protocol™ Starter Bundle, containing:

The welcome gifts included with your first order are available exclusively for new subscribers and are not included with future renewals.

3. Loyalty Rewards

As part of the DELULU Subscription Program, subscribers may receive additional complimentary gifts throughout their subscription journey.

Different loyalty rewards are available with selected renewal cycles, including the second and fourth renewal, as displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

Available gifts and promotional offers may change from time to time.

4. Payment

Your first subscription payment is processed securely during checkout on our website.

The DELULU Subscription Program is available exclusively with online card payment. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for subscription purchases.

Future subscription payments are processed automatically every 60 days following your previous successful order.

5. Subscription Pricing

Your subscription price remains unchanged unless DELULU officially updates its subscription pricing.

If subscription prices are increased in the future, existing active subscribers will continue to enjoy their current subscription price for six months before any new pricing becomes effective.

6. Pausing Your Subscription

You may pause your subscription at any time.

You are free to choose the duration of the pause according to your preferences.

Once the selected pause period ends, your subscription will automatically resume.

7. Cancelling Your Subscription

Your DELULU subscription can be cancelled at any time, with no minimum commitment and no cancellation fees.

Cancellation can be completed with a single click through your customer account or by contacting our Customer Support team via email.

We do not require questionnaires, phone calls, or additional administrative steps to cancel your subscription.

Your subscription may be cancelled at any time, including immediately after your first successful order.

8. Email Notifications

Throughout your subscription, you will receive several automated emails, including:

• Order Confirmation

• Subscription Confirmation

• Electronic Invoice

• Shipping Updates

• Subscription Management Notifications

9. Customer Account

When you subscribe, a DELULU customer account is automatically created for you.

Within your account, you can:

• View your subscription

• Pause your subscription

• Cancel your subscription

• Update your personal information

• Modify your shipping details
